Homecare provides a range of services including assistance for children and adults who have additional needs, adults diagnosed with dementia, parents who have a disability and elderly care.

We offer a first-rate service whether you need homecare for a family member, an aging acquaintance, or yourself. Based on an initial assessment and a completely customized care plan, we provide useful homecare to all our intended clients. To make sure you are receiving the appropriate amount of care for your needs, this plan will be routinely evaluated based on your needs.

Our care provider will visit you as frequently as you’d like, based on your daily/weekly needs. You can also choose to either have the caregiver visit you once or more frequently each day, at a predetermined time that works for you.

You also get to choose exactly what you’d like the caregiver to provide with you with. Whether its meal prep, help with medication, transportation etc, its entirely dependent on your needs.

Overall, our home care services aim to help you maintain your independence and stay in your own home for as long as possible while receiving the support that you need.

What Our Caregivers Provide

Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) – This will include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care tasks.
 
Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition – Our home care provider will help with meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, and ensuring that you are receiving proper nutrition.
 
Medication management – Our home care provider may assist with managing medications, including reminding individuals to take their medications as prescribed.
 
Light housekeeping – Our home care provider will assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
 
Transportation – We will also offer transportation to medical appointments or other necessary errands.
 
Companionship and socialization – Your carer will offer companionship and socialization throughout their time withyou.

How To Get Started

1. Getting To Know You

Once we've received your enquiry, our team will assess your application and give you a call to learn more about what you need. We'll then provide you with information on the services that are available based on your exact requirements.

2. Care Team Assessment

We will then arrange for one of our experts to visit you and carry out a comprehensive assessment of your care needs. After this visit, a fully costed care package will be offered and a plan created in collaboration with you and your family to ensure that you are happy with all aspects.

3. Selecting Your Care Giver

We will identify suitable healthcare professionals to support you in-line with your care plan and arrange for you to meet them to ensure that all of your needs are met. If any additional training is required to support your care requirements, this will also be coordinated.

4. Care Begins
